• “Student” – A learner using the platform.
• “Parent/Guardian” – The legal guardian responsible for the student.
• “Teacher” – A tutor, mentor, or educator registered on Tutexx.
• “We/Us/Our” – Refers to Tutexx and its management.

2. General Terms

• By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using Tutexx.
• Tutexx is a facilitator connecting teachers and students. We do not guarantee academic results.
• Tutexx reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.

3. Responsibilities of Parents/Guardians

• Ensure timely payments for tutoring services through official platform.
• Supervise the student’s usage and ensure responsible engagement.
• Respect the time, effort, and professional boundaries of teachers.
• Provide accurate academic requirements and schedules.
• Avoid requesting services outside the platform that bypass Tutexx’s policies.

4. Responsibilities of Students

• Attend scheduled classes on time with seriousness.
• Maintain respectful behavior toward teachers and users.
• Use the platform strictly for educational purposes.
• Complete assigned tasks, practice work, and homework sincerely.

5. Responsibilities of Teachers

• Provide accurate qualifications during registration.
• Deliver lessons professionally, on time, and with dedication.
• Avoid misconduct, exploitation, or harassment.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information.
• Respect the trust placed by parents/guardians.

6. Fees and Payments

• All payments must be made through official Tutexx channels.
• Tutexx may deduct service or platform fees as agreed.
• Refunds, if applicable, will follow the Tutexx Refund Policy.
• Failure to pay may lead to suspension of services.

7. Safety and Conduct

• Tutexx prioritizes the safety of students and teachers.
• Users must not share personal info (phone, address, etc.) outside the platform without consent.
• Tutexx may monitor communications for security.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content (logo, design, material, etc.) belongs to Tutexx.
• Teachers retain rights to teaching materials but grant Tutexx a license for platform use.
• Students/Parents may not copy, record, or distribute classes without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Tutexx is not responsible for academic outcomes or disputes.
• We are not liable for losses, damages, or delays caused by users/third parties.
• No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free services.

10. Termination of Services

Accounts may be terminated for:

• Misuse of the platform
• Fraudulent activity
• Non-compliance with Terms
• Harassment or misconduct

11. Privacy Policy

• Tutexx values user privacy. Data is used per our Privacy Policy.
• Sensitive information will not be shared without consent, unless required by law.

12. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes should first be reported to Tutexx Support.
• Tutexx will mediate in good faith but cannot guarantee outcomes.
• All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Lucknow, India courts.

13. Changes to Terms

Tutexx reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of revised Terms.
